Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WordsToMotion (“WordsToMotion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and video creation Service. For questions or privacy requests, use our contact page.

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, authentication details, organization information, and preferences.
  • Content you provide: scripts, presentations, images, audio samples, voice recordings, project settings, and other files you upload or create.
  • Generated and usage data: generated scenes, narration, videos, job status, credit usage, plan and subscription status, and support messages.
  • Payment information: Paddle processes payments and may collect billing details, payment method information, tax information, receipts, and transaction identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical information: IP address, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP, logs, cookies, and information about how you use the Service.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide authentication, video projects, narration, voice features, storage, exports, and customer support;
  • process subscriptions, credits, refunds, and account changes;
  • secure the Service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and enforce our Terms;
  • understand performance and improve reliability, usability, and features; and
  • comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We process personal information only as needed for these purposes and according to applicable law. Where required, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Content and AI providers

To provide the Service, content may be sent to infrastructure and specialized providers for storage, AI processing, text-to-speech, voice cloning, rendering, and delivery. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. We do not intentionally sell your content or use your private content to train a third-party model unless we clearly tell you otherwise and obtain any consent required by law.

Voice cloning requires special care. Only upload a voice sample when you have the speaker’s permission. We may retain a voice profile and related audio while you use the feature so that we can provide your requested output. You can request deletion through the contact page, subject to security, legal, and transaction records that must be retained.

4. Sharing

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, storage, analytics, email, payments, AI, and video processing; with professional advisers; in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets; or when necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or detect fraud. We do not sell personal information for money.

Paddle may act as the merchant of record for purchases and independently process transaction information under its own buyer terms and privacy notice. You can manage payment-related support and refund requests through paddle.net.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep the site secure, remember preferences, authenticate sessions, and understand how the Service is used. Where required, we ask for consent before using non-essential analytics or similar technologies. Your browser settings can also limit cookies, but some features may not work correctly.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and content through the contact page. Deletion may not immediately remove information held in backups or records we must retain.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not upload information you are not authorized to share.

7. International transfers and your rights

WordsToMotion and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us first so we can help with your request.

8. Children and policy changes

The Service is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use the Service. We may update this Policy as the Service or law changes; the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
