Terms and conditions
Effective date: September 11, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of WordsToMotion, including our website, applications, APIs, and services (together, the “Service”). WordsToMotion is referred to as “WordsToMotion,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. The Service
WordsToMotion helps you turn scripts, presentations, and ideas into narrated videos. Depending on the features available to your account, the Service may generate presentation scenes, narration, voice-cloned audio, captions, and video files using third-party technology providers.
The Service is provided for lawful creative and business use. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, including model, voice, rendering, storage, and export capabilities. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly tell us through the contact page if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or use another person’s account without permission.
3. Plans, credits, and payments
The Free plan includes 30 credits. The Pro plan currently includes 300 credits and is offered at $19 per month or $190 per year, unless the checkout page states otherwise. A seven-day trial may be offered for eligible Pro subscriptions. Credits, plan limits, and included features are described on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription using the billing controls available in your account. Canceling normally prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically reverse a completed charge. Paddle acts as the payment provider and, where applicable, merchant of record. Taxes, payment processing, receipts, payment support, and refunds may be handled by Paddle under its buyer terms and policies.
4. Your content and generated output
You retain ownership of scripts, presentations, images, audio, recordings, and other materials you submit (“User Content”). You give us the limited license needed to host, process, transform, store, and deliver User Content to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for User Content. In particular, you must have the consent of every person whose voice you upload or clone, and you must not impersonate or mislead others. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, or confidential material that you are not authorized to process.
Generated output may not be unique and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it, including checking facts, rights, attributions, and suitability for your audience. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we do not claim ownership of your generated output.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; create fraud, scams, harassment, or deceptive impersonation; generate sexual content involving minors; attempt to bypass limits or security; reverse engineer the Service; or interfere with its operation. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the Service.
6. Third-party services
The Service may rely on providers for authentication, hosting, storage, payments, speech generation, AI processing, and video rendering. Their services may have separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for outages or changes controlled by those providers, although we will try to provide reasonable notice or alternatives when practical.
7. Intellectual property
WordsToMotion, its software, interface, branding, and underlying technology are owned by WordsToMotion or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordsToMotion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excludes your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through the contact page. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions—will survive.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page. For a payment or subscription issue, you may also use Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net.
